Tying Instruction : 1) Tie on thread near hook bend. 2) Tie on golden pheasant tip for tail. 3) Tie on silver wire for rib. 4) Tie on brown hen hackle by the tip. 5) Tie on 3-4 peacock herl strands by their tips. 6) Spin the peacock into a rope using a pair of hackle pliers. Now wrap the shank of the hook with the peacock herl. 7) Palmer the brown hen hackle over the peacock herl body. 8) Counter wrap the body with the silver wire. 9) Tie on a full lemon wood duck feather as a wing. 10) Whip finish a neat head and lacquer. |
